Introduction
The Qods News Agency (Qodsna) is a first specialized news agency in the Islamic Republic and a second non-governmental one in Iran. It was launched in November 2001 on the birth anniversary of the noblest messenger of Allah, Hadhrat Muhammad (S.A.) however it was only in 2005 when it received an official operation certificate from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.

Accordingly, we may outline the goals of the news agency as follows.
1- To restore the Palestinian issue to its true position as the absolute priority of the Muslim community
2- To disseminate the culture resistance as a strategy for the liberation of Palestine
3- To facilitate mutual contact and exchanges between Muslim personalities concerning Islamic themes, including the Palestinian issue and Quds
4- To publish and post online news reports and analyses on the Palestinian issue and Holy Quds as well as the campaign against Zionists and their atrocities against the Muslim community
