The strikes, which targeted residential buildings, vehicles and tents sheltering displaced families, killed at least 19 Palestinians on Sunday, marking one of the highest single-day death tolls since the ceasefire took effect, according to Palestinian health officials.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Among those martyred were women and children, medics said.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Three members of one family were killed when a Zionist regime’s air raid struck a residential apartment at al-Sousi Tower in western Gaza City, according to medical sources. The victims were identified as Abdullah Abu Taif, 33, his pregnant wife, Abeer Anan, 29, and their five-year-old son, Azzam.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n In al-Qarara, northwest of the city of Khan Yunis in southern Gaza Strip, an Israeli attack on an apartment killed Mahmoud al-Hams, 38, his wife Fatima, 37, and their young daughter, medical sources said.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Near Deir el-Balah in central Gaza, an attack on a home killed Kamal Abu Muailiq, 68, and his wife, Huda, 59, medics said. Two brothers were also killed in the same area while riding a motorbike.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Elsewhere, a Palestinian was killed after being directly targeted in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n In al-Mawasi, Khan Yunis, one Palestinian was killed and five others were wounded when an Israeli attack struck a tent.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Two Palestinians were also killed in an Israeli drone attack on a tent housing displaced people in the Remal neighborhood west of Gaza City, while four others were killed in a strike on a vehicle in Gaza City.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Palestinian health officials said the attacks since dawn produced the largest daily death toll in Gaza in weeks.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n The ceasefire was agreed as part of a proposal forwarded by US President Donald Trump’s administration with the self-described goal of ending the regime’s war of genocide on Gaza that had already claimed tens of thousands of Palestinians, mostly women and children.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Washington, however, failed to exact the required guarantees from Tel Aviv to commit to the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n The latest attacks prompted strong condemnation from Palestinian resistance groups, which denounced the Israeli regime for violating the ceasefire and seeking to undermine efforts to implement the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n Hamas condemned the regime for intensifying its attacks in an effort to obstruct understandings reached concerning implementation of the ceasefire agreement. It called on mediators and guarantors of the ceasefire to pressure Tel Aviv to halt its attacks and comply with the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n The Palestinian Resistance Committees, a coalition of resistance groups, also condemned the attacks, describing them as a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement and an attempt to impose “new realities on the ground.”<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n The groups said the attacks and destruction of Palestinian families demonstrated the determination of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu's cabinet to continue its genocide in Gaza and disregard efforts aimed at consolidating the ceasefire.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n They, however, asserted, “These successive crimes will not break the will of our people or diminish their steadfastness and resilience.
