Tehran to hold National Conference “Awakening Bell; From Iran to Palestine

Hojjat-ul-Islam Meysam Amroudi, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Society in Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN) and chairman of the Board of Directors of Qods News Agency (Qodsna) here today in Tehran at the press conference of the National Conference “Awakening Bell; From Iran to Palestine said: this conference which set to hold on Tuesday is organized by the SDPN and the Red Crescent Society in Iran. 

He said that the Society in Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN) was established in the late 1970s with the aim of defending the oppressed Palestinians.

The 13th of the Iranian calendar month of Aban, National Day of Fight against Global Arrogance, is an opportunity to reflect the voice of martyred Palestinian students, Hojjat-ul-Islam Amroudi added.

He emphasized the importance of the November 4th rally, stating that the wide presence of people, especially students, facilitates conveying the message of the oppression of the Palestinian nation and exposing the crimes of the Zionist regime to the world. He also noted that it is an opportunity to reflect the voices of Palestinian martyr students.

Cultural Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that this year, given the conditions and the standing of the Palestinian issue in global public opinion, we are witnessing a widespread wave of hatred and protest against the policies and actions of the Zionist regime and its supporters.

Our region has been a base for the presence and influence of the United States and the Zionist regime for years. I believe that the Zionist regime is actually a Zionist military base; With the difference that in this barracks they marry, have children and commit crimes in the course of implementing the goals that have been drawn for them. Given the worldwide hatred of the crimes of the Zionist regime, 13th of Aban (November 4)  this year is of special significance.

Amroudi also referred to the developments after October 7, describing this day as "Laylat al-Qadr of resistance" (The Night of Destiny) and said: I believe that October 7 and Operation Al-Aqsa Storm was a turning point in the history of resistance; Because at a time when some Arab countries were moving towards normalizing relations with the Zionist regime, this event revealed new dimensions of developments in the region to the world public opinion.

Hojjat-ul-Islam Amroudi added: The developments after October 7 also revealed many facts about the Zionist regime and its supporters to the people of the world. Today, the Palestinian issue is no longer just a regional or ethnic issue, but a global issue, and the public opinion of different nations is sensitive to it.
