SDPN and Qodsna held conference dubbed:

"Al-Aqsa Storm: Causes, Objectives, and Perspectives"

On the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm Operation the conference dubbed "Al-Aqsa Storm: Causes, Objectives, and Perspectives" held in Tehran.

The Office of the Palestinian Society in Defense of Palestinian Nation (SDPN), in cooperation with Qods News Agency (Qodsna) organized a conference titled "Al-Aqsa Storm: Causes, Objectives, and Perspectives" today, Wednesday, to commemorate the third anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, the heroic operation by Palestinian resistance fighters against the Zionists, which was a historic turning point in the resistance axis and delivered heavy and deadly blows to the Zionist regime.

Khaled Qadoumi, representative of Hamas in Theran said at the confrence that: On the third anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, we honor the memory of the martyrs of the Resistance—great figures such as Haniyeh, Al-Arouri, Sinwar, and Mohammed Deif—who sacrificed their lives for the sake of Palestine.

Operation Al-Aqsa Storm is considered a historic turning point in the conflict between Palestine and the Zionist regime. Of course, the history of the Palestinian cause certainly did not begin on October 7th; the crimes of the Zionist regime date back a century. For instance, in 1948 alone, more than 300 Palestinian villages were razed to the ground, Qadoumi noted.

This operation was the result of years of humiliation, insults, and mass killings inflicted upon the Palestinian people, he added.

Emphasizing that one must not harbor the illusion that negotiating with the Zionist regime is a viable option, he remarked: "Peace with the enemy equates to subjugation by the arrogant powers; past experience has shown that negotiations with this regime have yielded nothing but an increase in the number of Palestinian martyrs and prisoners."

Hamas's representative in Iran described Operation Al-Aqsa Flood as the starting point of the path toward the liberation of Palestine and underscored the vital role of the media in clarifying the realities of the situation.

He asserted: "The media has a duty to convey the narratives of the resistance and the suffering of the people of Gaza to the world, ensuring that the reality of the occupier's crimes is laid bare before global public opinion."

Meanwhile, Nasser Abu Shrif, the envoy of Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Tehran, said according to the remarks of martyred leader Ayatollah Khamenei, Operation Al-Aqsa Flood was a massive and irreparable earthquake for the Zionist regime.

The Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7, 2023, dealt a devastating blow to the Zionist regime—a blow from whose severe consequences and repercussions the regime has yet to recover, Abu Shrif added.

Operation Al-Aqsa Storm dealt a devastating blow to the Zionist regime, plunging it into fundamental crises and dilemmas on multiple fronts.

Prior to Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, Netanyahu saw a clear path toward the normalization of relations and sought to transform the regime into an accepted, normalized entity within the region.

The October 7 operation dealt a crushing, humiliating, and devastating blow to the Zionist regime. Moreover, the operation struck not only the Zionist regime itself but also the entire Western world—of which the Zionist regime is considered the embodiment in West Asia.

The Secretary-General of the International Conference in Support of the Palestinian Intifada (affiliated with the Iranian Parliament), while outlining the trajectory of global political and security developments following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the events of September 11, and various regional wars, stated: A project aimed at shaping a new world order and redesigning the Middle East—centered on the United States and the Zionist regime—was pursued; however, this project encountered serious challenges due to Islamic resistance and failures in the 2006 Lebanon War and Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.

The United States and the Zionist regime have sought to impose a form of globalization based on their own policies, but a divine miracle has occurred, and the enemy's sinister plots were thwarted. The 2008 war took place, and the Resistance forces emerged victorious. In 2010, the 11-day war occurred and resulted to a victory for the Resistance; likewise, in 2014, the Axis of Resistance triumphed in the 51-day war. The enemy persisted in its plotting and pursuit of its objectives until the "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation took place.

Had the Al-Aqsa Flood not occurred, the world would have been entirely dominated by American disbelief; yet, through a divine miracle, the Axis of Resistance and the Shia world are now shaping a world based on their own principles and standards, he noted.

"It is true that we have paid a heavy price and sacrificed many martyrs along this path, but since the Al-Aqsa Flood, we have entered a phase dedicated to the liberation of all humanity and the land.", Abtahi added.

He stated: "We believe that, through faith in God, heroic Gaza will be liberated and rebuilt, and the West Bank will be liberated."
