Zionist troops raid homes, kidnap several Palestinians in W. Bank
The Zionist regime’s occupation forces carried out extensive raids on and arrests across the West Bank early Saturday, amid assaults on Palestinian citizens and gunfire attacks.
In Qalqilya, Zionist regime’s forces raided homes in the al‑Marj area and al‑Naqqar neighborhood of the city, and kidnaped Samir Hurani, the father of three prisoners held in Zionist regime’s jails.
The Zionist troops also stormed other areas of Qalqilya, kidnaping two young men from their homes in the village of Kafr Laqif and another one from the town of Ras Atiya.
In Nablus, Zionist regime’s forces opened fire and detained several young men in the town of Huwara, while armed Jewish settlers attacked the village of Urif.
At the same time, Zionist troops stormed the towns of Awarta and Qaryut and the village of al‑Lubban al‑Sharqiya in Nablus, with no reported arrests.
In Jenin, Zionist regime’s forces stormed the town of Arraba and kidnaped a young man following a raid on his home in Qabatiya.
The Zionist troops also detained and assaulted several young men during a campaign in the village of Jalamah, north of Jenin.
In Bethlehem, Zionist regime’s forces stormed the area around al-Deheisha refugee camp, where they fired tear gas canisters and assaulted a wounded young man.
In Tubas, the Zionist troops carried out raids on many homes in the city and al-Fari’ah refugee camp.
In east Al-Quds, Zionist regime’s police forces kidnaped a young man from town of Izzariya.
The Zionist regime’s forces also carried out overnight and dawn raids in other areas of the West Bank.
According to media reports, the Zionist troops kidnaped at least 54 Palestinian citizens in West Bank raids between Friday and early Saturday.
