Iranians to mark Quds Day rallies

Millions of people in Iran and across the world will mark the International Quds Day, voice their solidarity with Palestinians.

The head of the central committee of Quds Day has announced plans for the annual rallies, saying 6,000 domestic and foreign photographers and journalists will cover the event across Iran.

Speaking at a press conference announcing the plans for International Quds Day by the Islamic Advertising Coordination Council on Tuesday, Ramezan Sharif said more than 200 foreign media representatives from various radio, TV and news agencies will be present at this important event.

He stressed that Zionist is crumbling and facing destruction and that all over the world, it has been acknowledged that the occupying regime has lost its balance.

One of the goals of this regime with regard to dragging the US into a war against Iran is to divert public attention away from its crimes in Palestine, he said.
