We are witnessing legendary resistance of Palestinian people

Tehran (Qodsna)- The Iran-based Society in Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN), in collaboration with the Assembly of Activists and Non-Governmental Organizations Supporting Holy Al-Quds, held a consultative meeting of activists and non-governmental organizations supporting the Palestinian people.

Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Hassan Rahimian, Secretary-General of SDPN honored the memory of the late Imam Khomeini and, saying: In his first historic speech that led to his arrest, Imam Khomeini (RA) based his speech on exposing the crimes of Israel and the connection between the Pahlavi regime and the Zionist regime.

Hojjatoleslam Rahimian added: After following the Islamic Revolution, he also raised Quds Day in the first month of Ramadan and called last this day as the Day of Islam.

 “Israel must disappear from the face of the earth”, was most important axis that Imam Khomeini raised about Palestine, he added.

Meanwhile, Nasser Abu Sharif, a representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Tehran, praising the unparalleled resistance of the Palestinian people, adding “Today we are witnessing a legendary and unrepeatable resistance against the occupiers, the center and main manifestation of which is occupied Al-Quds."

Emphasizing that the Palestinian people are standing on the front lines of the battle with a steely will, he noted: "Although this resistance will be recorded in history, the continuation of this epic and the protection of sacred places require comprehensive, practical, and powerful support from the entire Islamic nation."

Brigadier General Ramazan Sharif, head of the Intifada and Quds Central Headquarters, in the meeting said: If the Americans commit a foolish act against Iran, they will face the greatest blow in history, and their evil will result in nothing but humiliation and disgrace for them.

Ramadan Sharif emphasized: The fate of American forces in the region will be nothing but a repeat of the fate of Saddam's generals, ISIS commanders, and mercenary groups.  

Sharif continued by referring to the 46th anniversary of International Quds Day, emphasizing the importance of this day as a symbol of global resistance and solidarity against the occupation.

Brigadier General Sharif continued by referring to the achievements of Operation “Al-Aqsa Storm” and said that despite the enemy’s efforts to turn it upside down, this operation had yielded great results.

The meeting includes the official unveiling of the book dubbed “Crisis in the Economy of the Zionist Regime” authored by Dr. Mohammad Javad Iravani.

Dr. Irwani, emphasized at the meeting that Zionism was formed in 1897 with a meeting held in Basel, Switzerland, and since then we have witnessed the formation of support for the establishment of the Zionist regime. Later, after the establishment of this regime, numerous events have occurred.

He continued to point out the GDP index in the occupied territories, which has decreased significantly as a result of Operation Storm Al-Aqsa, and has caused this regime problems.

One of the most important aids given to the Zionist regime is the aid of foreign supporters of this regime, including AIPAC and the Jewish Agency, Irwani continued. One of the important measures taken by Islamic countries is de-dollarization and strengthening support for the Palestinian resistance.

On the sidelines of this meeting, a cartoon exhibition on the topic of Palestine was held.
