Zionist troops attack Palestinians during raids in W. Bank

The Zionist regime’s occupation forces stormed different West Bank towns on Friday and attacked local residents in some areas.

In Bethlehem, local sources reported that Zionist regime’s forces stormed in the evening the town of al‑Khader and patrolled multiple streets, without carrying out raids on homes.

The Zionist troops also stormed the town of Teqoa in the southeast of Bethlehem and attacked residents.

Teqoa mayor Tayseer Abu Mufreh said that Zionist troops spread in the central area of the town, and started firing live bullets, as well as tear gas canisters and stun grenades, at passersby, provoking skirmishes with local youths.

In al-Khalil, several citizens suffered from exposure to tear gas when Israeli soldiers attacked their homes and stores in Beit Ummar town.

The Zionist troops reportedly forced storeowners to close businesses in the town’s central neighborhoods and deployed soldiers on the rooftops of several homes and buildings.

Earlier, Zionist regime’s forces stormed Sa’ir town in the northeast of al-Khalil, spread in its streets, and attacked residents with tear gas canisters and stun grenades.

Zionist regime’s troops detained and brutalized a number of young men during the IOF raid in Sa’ir.

In southern Tubas, several Palestinians suffered from inhaling tear gas during clashes with Zionist regime’s forces in the Umm al Kubaish area of Tamun town.

Red Crescent paramedics provided medical assistance for at least six citizens during the events in the area.
