Larijani, Yemeni delegation discuss regional developments in Muscat
Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani met with Mohammed Abdulsalam, spokesperson for Yemen’s Ansarullah movement and head of the National Delegation, in the Omani capital to discuss bilateral relations and the latest regional developments.
According to Almasirah, the talks addressed regional issues, including discussions surrounding Iran’s nuclear file, and stressed the unity of the axis of resistance.
The meeting, held in Muscat on Tuesday, came as Abdulsalam congratulated Iran on the 47th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
In a statement published on his official platforms, Abdulsalam extended congratulations to Iran’s leadership, nation, and Armed Forces, praising the continued strength and vitality of the Islamic Revolution.
The senior Yemeni official attributed this resilience to the leadership of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei as well as the awareness of the Iranian people and the role of the country’s Armed Forces.
He also pointed to Iran’s confrontation during the 12-day war imposed by the US and the Zionist regime in June 2025 and the thwarting of a recent sedition as further signs of the country’s growing strength and determination to face challenges.
