Europe in trouble because of its previous policies: Araghchi
The Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that Europe in trouble as a result of its previous wrong policies, which come with repercussions.
In a post on his X account, Araghchi said that the European bloc signed a deal with Washington six month ago and was breached by the latter but the bloc's president Ursula Gertrud von der Leyen said that deal is deal and could be violated like trade by either party.
The top Iranian diplomat also noted that when the US President Donald Trump pulled out of Iran nuclear deal in 2018, the Europeans remained indifferent and even came to his assistance.
He further underscored that such behavior by those European states have jeopardized the international system.
He went on to talk about Greenland capture bid by Trump, saying that Europe now has to face the consequences of its wrong policies.
