Palestinian martyred following clashes with Zionist troops in Nablus

A Palestinian resistance fighter was reportedly martyred on Monday night following armed clashes with Zionist regime’s forces who encircled a house he was inside in Nablus City, north of the occupied West Bank.

In a statement, the Zionist regime’s occupation army claimed its forces assassinated Abdul-Raouf Shtayyeh, who carried out a car-ramming operation that killed two soldiers one and a half years ago at the Awarta checkpoint east of Nablus.

According to the army radio, Shtayyeh was martyred after Zionist regime’s forces bombed a house in the city’s Amman street with two projectiles.

Local sources said that the Zionist regime’s army kidnaped two young men from the western area of Nablus City, without providing further details.
