Naim: No ceasefire talks amid ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza
Senior Hamas official Basem Naim said that the Zionist regime's occupation regime was deceiving everyone by pretending to engage in ceasefire negotiations while using them as a façade to cover its crimes and schemes.
In an interview conducted by Al-Araby satellite channel on Thursday, Naim added that the Zionist regime's operation in Gaza City would be met with fierce resistance.
“Whatever befalls our people during the assault on Gaza City will directly impact the Israeli captives as well,” Naim stressed.
The Hamas official affirmed that no ceasefire negotiations would take place amid the current Zionist regime's escalation of military operations in Gaza.
“We reiterate Qatar’s position regarding the futility of negotiations amid the ongoing aggression,” he said.
