Clarifying true narration, a universal duty

Tehran (qodsna)- The second special meeting on the role of resistance media in the narrative of the oppression and resistance of the people of Gaza was held at the Qods News Agency office in Tehran with the presence of Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Hassan Rahimian, the secretary general of the Iran-based Society in Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN) and university professor Seyed Reza Naqib al-Sadat.  

The Government Media Office in Gaza has said that the number of journalist martyrs has reached 249 since the beginning of the Zionist regime’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

The main factor in victory in the media field is initially the steadfastness and resistance of the Palestinian people. All these achievements were achieved due to the heartfelt and selfless resistance of the Palestinian people and, of course, media activities, especially on social networks, which have caused the crimes of the Zionist regime to be particularly exposed to all the people of the world.  

Hojat-ol-Islam Rahimian said that at the meeting that we are currently witnessing the formation of a widespread movement in the world in support of the people of Gaza. In this issue, the war of narratives and the martyrdom of a large number of innocent women and children and journalists were very effective.

Today, unfortunately, we are facing difficulties in explaining the realities of the Palestinian issue to some segments of the population in our country. Expressing and explaining these realities is very important and fundamental and is a duty of all of us, he added.

Meanwhile, Seyed Reza Naqib al-Sadat said that ‘Since October 2023, we have witnessed that the issue of the Al-Aqsa Storm has seriously entered the field of narratives, which is based on the two principles of resistance and oppression of the Palestinian people.

The escalation of the assassination of journalists in recent weeks reflects the fact that the Zionists have failed in the soft war as well as the hard war and have not been able to achieve their goals, which is why they have resorted to assassinating Palestinian journalists as a reflection of the realities, he added.
