516 Palestinians martyred in Israeli-US death-trap aid zones across Gaza

The Government Media Office in Gaza announced Tuesday that 516 Palestinians have been martyred and 3,799 injured in what it described as “Israeli-American death traps” targeting starving civilians attempting to reach humanitarian aid centers in the besieged Strip. An additional 39 people remain missing, feared dead beneath rubble or unaccounted for amid the chaos.
According to the statement, Zionist regime’s occupation forces have repeatedly bombed and shelled aid distribution points—particularly in Rafah and central Gaza—over the past several days, turning supposed relief areas into killing zones. The victims were primarily poor and displaced civilians desperately seeking food in a region ravaged by famine.
Since October 7, 2023, Zionist regime has carried out what human rights organizations and international legal bodies increasingly describe as a genocidal war on Gaza, killing or wounding around 180,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and displacing hundreds of thousands. More than 11,000 are still listed as missing, many buried beneath the rubble of destroyed homes, shelters, and aid lines.
Despite repeated International Court of Justice (ICJ) rulings and mounting global pressure to end the assault, Zionist regime has defied international law and continued its military operations with full US support.
The so-called aid system, which bypasses the United Nations and major relief agencies, has been widely criticized as both ineffective and dangerous.
Palestinian authorities and humanitarian organizations say the “new aid system” serves military and political objectives rather than genuine humanitarian relief, and accuse Israel and the US of weaponizing food and aid access in a campaign of collective punishment and population control.
