Only Imam Khomeini and Iran give unequivocal support for Palestine

Tehran (Qodsna)- In an exclusive interview with the Qods News Agency on the 36th anniversary of the demise of Imam Khomeini late founder of the Islamic Republic, Rodney Shakespeare talked about the impact of Imam Khomeini’s ideology regarding all-out support for oppressed nations throughout the world, said: The impact was, and is, open, total and unconditional.  By contrast Western alleged support for oppressed nations is deceptive, hypocritical and controlling (particularly by ensuring that enervating debt continues for ever).

Answering the question about the impact of Imam Khomeini’s Islamic Revolution of Iran on the Palestinian issue, he said: Only Imam Khomeini and Iran give unequivocal support for Palestine as it suffers genocide.

Pointing to the Zionist regime’s genocidal onslaught and war crimes in Gaza, Shakespeare said: The genocide in Gaza is a Nazi genocide -- deliberate, organized and wholesale.

Regarding the Zionist regime’s internal and international crisis, he noted that the Zionist regime has no long term future.

“At some point all of the Muslim world will move to end a disgusting genocide and Arab regimes which implicitly tolerate the genocide will be overthrown”, he added.
