Head of Judiciary:
Islamic Republic of Iran will fully support the Resistance Front

The Head of the Judiciary stated: The arrogant powers, led by criminal America, instrumentalize international laws; they portray a nation’s defense of its dignity, honor, and land as illegitimate, while whitewashing aggressors and providing them with all forms of material, political, and military support.
Mohseni Ejei, speaking at the International Conference on Resistance Diplomacy and Commemoration of the Martyrs of Service, paid tribute to the pure souls of all martyrs of Islamic Iran, the martyrs of the resistance—including Haj Qassem Soleimani, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis—and the martyrs of service, particularly Martyr Raisi.
He said: “The arrogant powers, led by criminal America, instrumentalize international laws; they portray a nation’s defense of its dignity, honor, and land as illegitimate, while whitewashing aggressors and providing them with all forms of material, political, and military support.”
The Head of the Judiciary emphasized: “In the resistance movement and among all countries and groups supporting the resistance axis, we must make greater use of the capacities of political diplomacy and legal-judicial diplomacy. This is an area where we have neglected certain aspects. We must use the same international laws that false claimants of human rights cling to in order to switch the roles of oppressor and oppressed, and take comprehensive and far-reaching international actions against criminals.”
He added: “Undoubtedly, the resistance front has achieved great honors in the battlefield against oppressors and aggressors—honors that have become etched in history. However, we must acknowledge that in some areas of this domain, we need more work and enhanced cooperation and consultation. One such area is political diplomacy and legal-judicial diplomacy. We must redefine political and judicial diplomacy, better understand its dimensions and impacts, and arrive at common and practical approaches in this field.”
The Head of the Judiciary asserted: “To achieve the lofty goals of the resistance front, we must consolidate different tastes, ideas, and diverse tools. At times, we have been inattentive to this and have suffered losses. Additionally, we must be vigilant against enemy infiltration; the enemy seeks to penetrate and infiltrate various levels of the resistance front, so we must not be caught off guard.”
Mohseni Ejei declared: “Since its establishment, the Islamic Republic of Iran has supported the resistance front and will continue to provide comprehensive support to this divine front. We have no fear in loudly proclaiming that we are supporters of Palestine, Lebanon’s Hezbollah, valiant Yemen, and all components of the resistance axis. The arrogant powers are enraged that the Islamic Republic of Iran is a supporter and backer of the resistance axis, and they know that many of their sinister objectives have been thwarted due to Iran’s steadfastness.”
The Head of the Judiciary stated: “For about a year and a half, the Zionist regime has martyred over 52,000 people in the Gaza Strip. Yet, that bully claims it wants to establish peace with force! You are both a criminal and a supporter of criminals; what peace are you talking about?! The multi-ton bombs of your regime have leveled Gaza’s hospitals to the ground, and you speak of peace?”
He continued: “The front of falsehood and arrogance are complicit, allied, and supportive of each other in their criminality. Therefore, it is unacceptable for us Muslims to be in conflict with one another. We Muslims share numerous fundamental commonalities and must stand, based on these commonalities, against the arrogant and oppressors who, in Gaza today, have outdone all the criminals in history.”
The Head of the Judiciary asserted: “We Muslims and supporters of the resistance axis are today confronted with hypocrites and criminals, some of whom deliberately kill even patients, doctors, and aid workers in Gaza, while others support this slaughter and then speak of ways to combat terrorism! It is truly laughable!”
Mohseni Ejei, while enumerating some of the characteristics and virtues of Martyr Raisi, said: “From the beginning to the end of his service, Martyr Raisi remained steadfast on the straight path of allegiance to the Guardianship (Velayat) and never wavered or deviated in this path. Martyr Raisi understood the directives of the Guardianship and endeavored to pursue their realization with relentless and jihadi efforts.”
The Head of the Judiciary added: “Martyr Raisi had the utmost compassion and goodwill for the people, especially the less privileged. He was with the people, never detached from them, and was tireless in fulfilling his duties. Martyr Raisi was always ‘in the field’ and had no habit of sitting behind a desk or merely reading reports.”
