Diplomacy compliments gains of force of resistance

Secretary General of the Global Assembly of Islamic Awakening, Ali Akbar Velayati has visited Beirut for a closing meeting of the pro-resistance Muslim scholars in the city.

The meetings he held on the sidelines of the visit however made his visit more than a political meeting.

Under the current regional conditions, the visit would help further the haggling power of the resistance in political fields as well as its military might on the ground.

Velayati’s visit took place at time when the region goes towards a major event, the collapse of the ISIS terror group and the spread of the attitude of resistance across the region.

Earlier, Velayati as the representative of Tehran could use the power of diplomacy to help the different Iraqi groups to converge on the common goal of Islamic awakening and boost the force of resistance in Mosul, ultimately ending up in the liberation of the city from the ISIS hands.

This time too, he is going to prevent those who have not incurred any losses from hijacking the gains on the ground in Syria and Iraq.

The successful diplomacy of the force of resistance that led to the victories of the force of resistance in Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon and helped thwart the Iraqi Kurdistan poll were the most significant mission accomplished by the veteran Iranian diplomat.

The senior Iranian diplomat said efforts were needed to consolidate the gains of the force of resistance in the region.
