Hamas to appoint Hamad interior minister

Gaza-based Palestinian Governemnt, Hamas will appoint Fathi Hamad as the interior minister, Palestinian sources announced Monday.

    Fathi Hamad will be appointed as  successor of assassinated Hamas interior minister, Said Siam who was murdered by 'Israel' in it late 2009 attack on Gaza, Arabic al-Qods website reported on Monday.

    Hamad is a representative of Hamas in the Palestinian legislative council for the post.

    Hamas will announce the decision after the end of the fourth round of reconciliation talks between with Fatah in Egypt.
