Tehran prosecutor files criminal charges against Trump, Netanyahu
Tehran's Prosecutor Ali Salehi has announced charges against US President Donald Trump, Zionist regime’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and all elements responsible for the recent attacks on the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In remarks on Monday, Salehi referred to the available reports and evidence about US-Israeli attacks on Iran, saying that initial findings show these attacks have caused casualties and injuries among civilians—including children, students, and women—and inflicted widespread damage on residential areas, educational centers, medical facilities, emergency stations, public service infrastructure, and other critical installations.
He added that given the nature of the actions taken, multiple criminal charges including murder, inflicting bodily harm, destruction of public and private property, creating public fear and terror, and disturbing social order and security, are attributed to the declared criminals.
The United States and Zionist regime launched a war of aggression against Iran on Saturday morning by assassinating Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and top military commanders, despite indirect Tehran-Washington negotiations.
Within the framework of its legitimate response, the Iranian Armed Forces immediately initiated decisive missile and drone strikes against US bases in the region and the Israeli-occupied territories.
