Hamas urges mediators to curb Israel’s ceasefire violations in Gaza
The Hamas Movement has said that the Zionist regime’s occupation army persists in escalating its ceasefire violations in the Gaza Strip by deliberately targeting civilians and their homes under “false pretexts.”
In a statement released on Monday evening, Hamas spokesman Hazem Qasem accused the Israeli occupation of flouting the efforts of mediators and sponsoring countries seeking to maintain calm in Gaza.
The spokesman urged these parties to take a decisive stance to oblige the Israeli regime to end its violations and comply with the ceasefire agreement.
On Monday, six Palestinians were martyred in Zionist regime’s attacks in Gaza, amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025. Since then, the Israeli army has demolished dozens of homes and carried out attacks that killed over 581 Palestinians and injured 1,553 others.
