I pray for peace for the people of Iran/ Thanks for the many peacemakers in Iran

Richard H. Black, former Republican member of the Virginia State Senate, wrote in an exclusive message to qodsna: Be assured that I pray for peace for the people of Iran and for all those in the region who have had war repeatedly thrust upon them.

He wrote: I thank the Iranian people for their defense of freedom in Syria during the long struggle against those nations who gave their unwavering support to al Qaeda in Syria. It is sad that the fine Syrian people must now live in fear of their new leaders, who seem intent on terrorizing and killing those who reject bloodthirsty Salafist doctrine.

At this holy time of Christmas, we are reminded of the words of Jesus, who said in the Sermon on the Mount: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God."

“Thanks for the many peacemakers in Iran. May God bless you all”, he added.
