Palestinian Alim issues decree on right of return
Sheikh Akrame Sabri issued a decree Monday prohibiting any ignorance of the Palestinian refugees' right of return, describing it as a holy heritage that is bequeathed from parents to children.
The decree also reads that if any refugee Palestinian dies in a strange country, his or her families has the right to demand for their return to their own lands.
Sabri strongly rejected any offer to sell off the right, proposed by some Zionist bodies.
"Demands for repayment instead of lands are like a sell that is taboo legally," Sabri added.
"Issue of territories exchange set to be considered in Annapolis is a racist appeal and so dismissed," sheikh Sabri said, adding that the only solution remains to be the return of all refugees to their motherland.
