Focus should be on ending Zio-Nazi nightmare in Palestine

Tehran, Qodsna - Mazin Qumsiyeh, director of the Palestine Museum of Natural History and the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability at Bethlehem University, warned that the Zionist regime pursues the destruction of Palestine and the annihilation of Palestinians.

Qodsna: What is your take on the expected result of the US proposal for the Gaza ceasefire, which has been voted for at the UNSC?

Mazin Qumsiyeh: The US is a partner in crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing. It is trying to help the Israeli regie get some "win" diplomatically which they could not achieve militarily and by genocide (force surrender). That will never happen. Palestinians did not lose tens of thousands of civilian martyrs to capitulate. The UNSC resolution is a meaningless exercise. In any case the Israeli leadership never accepted the parameters offered by the US (via the Zionist secretary of state Anthony Blinken). It is a gimmick and a smokescreen. The UNSC resolution "claims" Israel accepted but this is an outright lie.

Qodsna: What would be the implications of the recent resignation of Israeli officials for the future of the incumbent cabinet under Netanyahu?

Mazin Qumsiyeh: The Israeli fascist terrorist leaders only differ in tactics not in goals. The goals remain a Jewish state or even empire controlling Western Asia (and even the world) and the destruction of Palestine and Palestinians. We should not be distracted by their internal squabbling over tactics. We should focus on decolonization and ending this Zio-Nazi nightmare so that all people (Muslims, Christian, Jewish etc.) can live in harmony after restoring the stolen lands and resources to their owners.
