Mapping pro-Palestine campus protests

An American university professor told Qodsna that the Palestinian people are authorized in accordance with international laws to resort to an armed resistance to liberate their occupied land.

Pro-Palestinian protests continue to grow on campuses across North America, with encampments at 15 Canadian universities set up to date.

Students and staff members at universities in various countries continue to express their opposition to the Gaza war and the financial cooperation of their academic institutions with Zionist companies, and are urging managers of these institutions to meet their demands.

An American author told Qodsna that the United States’ authorities attempt to limit public exposure to the campus protests, because they are afraid of expansion of these protests throughout the country.

US Police officers and university administrators have clashed with pro-Palestinian protesters on a growing number of college campuses in recent weeks, arresting students, removing encampments and threatening academic consequences. More than 2,300 people have been arrested or detained on campuses across the country.
