Israeli court extends administrative detention of Ra’fat Nasif

This court verdict came a few days after Nasif was transferred from Negev jail to another isolation cell in Megiddo. He has been deprived of receiving visits for over four months.

He was kidnaped by the Israeli occupation forces in June 2022 after they broke into and ransacked his home in Tulkarem.

Nearly one week after his arrest last year, the Israeli security apparatuses decided to administratively detain him for six months, which were extended later multiple times.

His last arrest happened six months after his release from an Israeli jail, where he had spent 23 months in administrative detention.
