Palestinian teacher receives Khalifa Award for Education

The title was awarded to Qunneibi after the winners of Khalifa Award for Education were announced during an event held in the United Arab Emirates.

The Palestinian Minister of Education, Marwan Awartani, saluted the teacher for her success, stressing that Palestinian teachers have a leading role at local and international levels.

Qunneibi, a mathematics teacher in southern al-Khalil, had previously won the title of Palestine Teacher in the annual competition organized by the Palestinian Ministry of Education.

The Khalifa Award for Education aims at enriching the development of the educational field and providing for an effective interaction between local, Arab and international contributors to the field.
