Hamas calls for protecting Al-Aqsa against Israeli desecration

In a press statement on Tuesday, the Movement said that the calls come as Jewish settlers renew their calls to break into the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan.

The Movement warned the Israeli occupation of the repercussions of attacking Palestinian citizens in Al-Quds, calling on the Arab and Muslim countries to assume their responsibility in defending the Al-Aqsa Mosque against the Israeli attacks.

Earlier in the morning, 788 Jewish settlers, protected by the Israeli police, stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque through its Maghariba gate to celebrate the sixth day of the Jewish holiday of the Passover.
