Observers warn of Israeli plan to displace dozens of Al-Quds residents

During the current month, Israeli courts are expected to hold hearings to look into requests filed for the eviction and displacement of 80 Jerusalemite citizens, the observers said.

Palestinian media reports already warned that the right-wing Israeli government intends to carry out a large-scale eviction and demolition campaign aimed at depriving dozens of Jerusalemite families of their homes in different areas of east Jerusalem, especially in the Old City, Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and Silwan district.
