Scores of Palestinians injured during IOF raid south of Nablus

Scores of Palestinian citizens were injured on Tuesday during a raid by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) south of the West Bank city of Nablus.

Local sources reported that IOF soldiers fired live bullets and tear gas bombs at Palestinian citizens and students in Qaryout town to the south of Nablus, causing breathing problems to dozens of Palestinians.

In a related development, three Palestinian citizens were injured by IOF live bullets while others suffered breathing problems during clashes that erupted at the entrance of Beit Ummar town north of the West Bank city of al-Khalil.

The clashes were reported following the funeral procession of the Palestinian martyr Mofeed Akhalil who succumbed to head injuries he sustained at dawn during an Israeli raid in Beit Ummar town.

Earlier today, four Palestinian youths were martyred by the live bullets of IOF in the West Bank cities of al-Khalil and Ramallah, one of whom carried out a car-ramming attack which resulted in injuring an Israeli female soldier.
