Israeli police allegedly find explosive device in Al-Quds
The Israeli occupation police intensified their presence in Al-Quds on Saturday morning after an alleged explosive device was found near the Bridge of Chords at the entrance of the holy city.
The Hebrew media quoted the Israeli police as saying that the device looked like a pipe bomb and was handled by a bomb squad, though the police did not confirm that the device was explosive.
According to the police, the device was found during a routine patrol in the area.
The incident comes less than a week after two settlers were killed and 46 Israelis were wounded in two separate explosions at bus stops in Occupied Al-Quds.
