Israeli gunboats open fire at Palestinian fishermen

The fishermen's committees said in a press statement that the Israeli gunboats opened their heavy machine-gun fire and fired flare bombs at the Palestinian fishermen while working at Rafah sea.

The Israeli navy harasses Palestinian fishermen off the Gaza shores on a semi-daily basis, firing at them, arresting them and confiscating their boats and their equipment.
