Hamas rejects Israeli occupation's bid to register Al-Quds endowment land for colonial settlers

Such move constitutes a blatant violation of international laws and conventions and theft of Muslim endowment land in broad daylight in a bid to Judaise around 350 dunums (35 hectares) of this area, Hamas spokesperson Mohammed Hamada said in a statement.

In light of this grave aggression against Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, we reaffirm our opposition to all attempts by the Israeli occupation to impose a new fait accompli in the holy city by passing illegal laws that will not succeed in erasing the landmarks of the holy city and altering historical facts, Hamadam added.  

We call for rejecting such measures and confronting them with all means possible, the statement reads.
