Iran's Leader salutes defenders of Al-Aqsa mosque

Tehran (Qodsna) - As the tensions in the holy city of Al-Quds has been escalated by the attacks of Zionists against Palestinians and Al-Aqsa mosque, the officail account of Leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Twitter published a post on Thusday, greeting the Palestinian people.

"Greetings to all noble-minded Arab men and women. Greetings to the resistant people of Palestine and Quds. Greetings to the defenders of Al-Aqsa Mosque," according to the new published post.

Tensions have been running high in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood since last week when Zionist settlers swarmed in after an Israeli court ordered the eviction of Palestinian families.

Palestinians protesting in solidarity with the residents of Sheikh Jarrah have been targeted by Israeli forces.
