Why is Palestine the most important and
the most alive issue of the Islamic Ummah?

Qodsna (Tehran) - During his live speech on International Quds Day, Iran’s leader called Palestine the most important and the most alive issue of the Islamic Ummah. It is worthy to talk about the importance of Palestine.

Palestine is an Islamic land and its nation is Muslim. According to religious values, the Islamic Ummah is responsible towards Palestine until it is free and liberated. On the other hand, dangerous implications of the occupation of Palestine and the existence of the Zionist regiom against interests of the Islamic Ummah make it necessary to pay attention to Palestine as a public duty.

إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَیْنَ أَخَوَیْکُمْ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّکُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

The Believers are but a single Brotherhood: So make peace and reconciliation between your two (contending) brothers; and fear Allah, that ye may receive Mercy. (Chapter 49 – Al-Hujurat)

وَلَنْ یَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْکَافِرِینَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِینَ سَبِیلً

And Allah will never provide the faithless any way [to prevail] over the faithful. (Chapter 4 - An-Nisaa)

« مَنْ أَصْبَحَ لاَ یَهْتَمُّ بِأُمُورِ اَلْمُسْلِمِینَ فَلَیْسَ مِنْهُمْ وَ مَنْ سَمِعَ رَجُلاً یُنَادِی یَا لَلْمُسْلِمِینَ فَلَمْ یُجِبْهُ فَلَیْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ»

Muslim is who pays attention to other Muslims, and hurry to others to help them.
