Imam Khomeini' daughter sends message
to leaders of resistance on International Quds day

Qodsna (Tehran)  - As the International Quds Day is coming up, Dr. Zahra Mostafavi Khomeini, daughter of Imam Khomeini and the Secretary-General of Society for the defense of Palestinian People (SDPN) sent a message to the leaders of the resistance axis on Wednesday, greeting recent great victories of the resistance groups against the Zionist enemy and global arrogance.

The message has been sent to numerous Arab leaders of the resistance axis, including Syria President Bashar al-Assad, Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah, Abdul-Malik Badreddin leader of the Houthi movement, the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Ibrahim Zakzaky, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Ziad Al-Nakhaleh and the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Falih al-Fayyad.

At the beginning of her message, Zahra Mostafavi referred to a famous sentence of Imam Khomeini who stated “Palestine is a part of Islam”, saying that Palestine is in the occupation of the Zionist regime, which was described as a “cancerous tumor” by Imam Khomeini, and he repeatedly confirmed that this tumor “must be eliminated.”

“Indeed, the mandate was rose from his deep belief in divine traditions and Quranic promises, and it was a religious fatwa for all Muslims,” she wrote, adding that the establishment of IRGC Quds Forces was the first step to prepare the ground for the liberation of Palestine and the elimination of Israel as well.

“More than four decades have passed since this religious fatwa was issued, and the Islamic world is witnessing how close it is to be fulfilled. Israel has lost its military superiority and it is surrounded by the resistance axis, which means Palestinian, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Syria resistance groups, and even other resistance groups in other Islamic countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, and of course Iran as the pioneer,” Zahra Mostafavi noted.

The senior proponent of Palestine went on to say that “Public opinion in the world has changed its attitude towards Israel” and “the notorious regime is suffering from domestic deep challenges in economic and political spheres, a situation that even Zionists are speaking about the possible collapse of Israel from within.” 

Calling the recent normalization deals between Israel and some Arab regimes as “disappointing”, Zahra Mostafavi also wrote that “major incidents are going to be realized based on divine promises.” She referred to Al-Isra surah (chapter) in the holy Quran, which points to the end of the apocalyptic sedition of Israelites.

“On the eve of International Quds Day, we are witnessing that the Islamic world is at its most powerful position than before, which is the fruit of the intelligent leadership of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei as well as the sincere struggles of Islamic warriors like you across the resistance axis,” she wrote.

“I would like to congratulate recent great successes to you and all fighters of the resistance axis and to appreciate your efforts, and also to announce that the great nation of Iran remains committed to supporting you against the Zionist occupiers,” Zahra Mostavi wrote at the end of her message.
