Hamas hails presidential decree to form election court

On the announcement of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ presidential decree to form election court, Hamas Spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said: This move requires more practical measures on the ground to enforce the rest of these outcomes, especially those related to freedoms needed to create a state of societal trust and security for the Palestinian people that makes them effectively take part in the election process without fear or pressure that may negatively affect it.
