Rahimian: The cultural move is a step towards the demise of Israel

The second day of the international forum of Unions of Pro-Moqawama and Resistance Authors and Publishers began its session at the Baba Taher Hotel in Tehran this morning.

According to Quds News Agency (Qodsna) the second day of the international forum of Unions of Pro-Moqawama and Resistance Authors and Publishers' Unions was launched at the Baba Taher Hotel in Tehran today morning.

The meeting was held with the presence of guests from publishing unions and literary associations from 14 Muslim countries, academics and cultural and literary figures.

The session started with a speech by Hojjatoleslam Rahimian the head of board of Society for the defense of Palestinian Nation: “Palestine is a common issue for all Muslims the issue of Palestine and the struggle against the Zionist regime were born together with the Islamic revolution of Iran.”

Hojjatoleslam Rahimian added: "I have been serving Imam Khomeini since childhood, and as a witness, not a historian, I have to say that the issue of Palestine was the main reason for the Imam's struggle against Shah's regime was Shah’s alliance with the Israelis and the Americans. The issue of struggling against Israel and supporting Palestine had been permanent from the beginning of the revolution until now without slightest interruption.”
