Session titled as “Four Decades of Iran Palestine Mutual Tasks” was convened

As reported by Qods News Agency (Qodsna) was convened to discuss the latest developments in the region the session was titled as “4 Decades of Iran Palestine Mutual Tasks” with the presence of pro-Palestinian activists’ media representatives and experts who addressed the audience. The meeting was attended by Nasser Abusharif, the representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in Tehran, Dr. Anis Naghash a Lebanese Middle East affairs analyst and Dr. Hossein Akbari, head of the Center for Studies and Research of the Islamic Awakening Assembly.

At the beginning of the meeting, Anis Naghash emphasized the major impacts of the Islamic Revolution on the Palestinian issue: the Islamic Revolution of Iran created great changes, and at the very first days we witnessed the reopening of the Palestinian Embassy in Iran instead of the Israeli regime embassy.

"Iran has always had a supporting role in the Palestinian issue," he added. "The issue of Palestine is, of course, very extensive and has become a point of reference for the future of the world by the powers of the Palestinian world." Accordingly, the United States decided to take direct actions regarding this issue.

Naghash emphasized: “the Palestinian issue is very important in the regional and global developments.”

Dr. Hussein Akbari, head of the Center for Studies and Research of the Islamic Awakening Assembly, said: “The Islamic Revolution and Imam Khomeini's view changed the course of the region's developments, especially in the Palestinian issue, before we witnessed the overwhelming view of the negotiations with Israel was deciding for the Palestinian fate, but Imam Khomeini’s views insisted that Israel should be eliminated and it had a lot of impact on both Palestinian and international environment. The struggle began instead of negotiations; as a result the Palestinian people started their struggle and came to this understanding that negotiations are baseless.

He added that what happened as a result was contrary to Trump’s views, today the stronghold of resistance in the region is much stronger than before, the United States is no longer considered as a reliable ally throughout the world. In fact, the Americans have come to realize that they have made a strategic mistake which they have to pay the price for it. It should be noted that Americans are never a trusted partner for the Islamic world because they always have their own dominant perception. The smallest example of this phenomenon can be noticed in Saudi Arabia's issues, in which, with all the financial aid the Saudis paid to the United States, the US abandons them within the slightest incidents.

At the end of his speech, he concluded: “These developments indicate that the ultimate and final path to the freedom of the Palestinian people is to fight and resist the United States dominant arrogant policies.”

“The approach of the United States and the Zionist regime in the region has a religious background,” said Nasser Abu-Sharif, the representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Iran.

According to Qur'anic verses, the Zionist plot is based on two elements of domination and corruption. The corruption of this regime is increasing so much that it is epidemic.

He added: "It should be noted that Zionist lobbies influence from Russia to America, and most important decisions in the United States are determined by these lobbies. This is while only 14 million Jews live in this world.

“Our Devine full path is no other choice but to continue the struggle and resistance, all other schools of thoughts have failed to correctly determine the aspirations of the Palestinian people and the region, we have the only religious and campaigning solution that has been successful so far” he added.

Another point to mention is that the Zionists tried to break down the region and plunder its resources. I must emphasize that the correct line is to succeed in the line of resistance and struggle.
