Netanyahu's Remarks
Are Baseless

Hossein Naghavi Hosseini

Dr. Seyed Hossein Naghavi Hosseini, member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in an interview with the Parliamentary correspondent of Qods News Agency (Qodsna) regarding the anti-Iran rhetoric remarks of Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime in the United Nations General Assembly, said:  “Netanyahu's speech is always based on false claims and baseless remarks.”

The member of the National Security and Internal Affairs Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly continued: “The Islamic Republic of Iran will answer all these fake claims in a solid, documented and well-grounded manner to address the global public opinion.”

He continued his remarks commenting on Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani’s speech who recently spoke in support of the MKO and what he called "regime change in Iran," and said: “The United States’ apparent and covert support for the MKO terrorist group is not a new issue, over the past four decades, this terrorist group has been organized and supported by the Americans.

The member of the National Security and Foreign and Commonwealth Committee's Foreign Policy Committee added: “The United States has coordinated this group with Zionist lobbies and legalized their activities, as well as providing logistic facilities and participate in their conferences and provide lectures for their audience.”

Hosseini continued, “Throughout modern history Americans have well proved that they will support and organize terrorist groups accordingly to their interests. Meanwhile, the United States had placed the MKO terrorist group in the black list of terrorist lists for decades, but currently they have removed the group from the black list of terrorism. There have been no changes inside and outside the MKO terrorist group and this removal from the blacklist cannot be explained at all.”

The member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly concluded: “Any terrorist group which commits assassinations and terrorist actions in favor of United States and West they will not be enlisted in the blacklist of terrorism bust instead they are introduced as heroes and named human rights defenders . Americans are in a false imagination if they think they can use the MKO terrorist group to make changes inside the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
