The Zionist regime's aggressions against Palestinian prisoners is a war crime and is considered as a racial discrimination and, under international laws, the perpetrators must be held accountable and trialed. Zionist regime has detained more than a million Palestinians since the Nakba Day in 1948 and subjected them to psychological and physical torture and avoids even the least of legal rights to the prisoners. Today this regime still holds more than 7,000 innocent Palestinian prisoners and treats them by worst of the inhumane behaviors.
The Permanent Secretariat of International conference on Palestinian Intifada admires the sacrifice and courage of the Palestinian captives and also demands the parliaments of all countries in the world, international communities, NGOs and institutions to condemn Israel’s brutal policies against Palestinians and the prisoners and take serious actions to free the prisoners.
