Iranian expert in international affairs, Mohammad Sajedi says the US move to recognize the occupied al-Quds (‘Jerusalem’) as the capital of Israel was meant to be a distraction from the Israeli-US-Saudi failures in the region against the force of resistance.

The expert told the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) that the regional force of resistance has made its mind to keep the Palestinian cause aflame, adding the Islamic Republic has pursued the Palestinian cause since the beginning in 1979.

The expert said it was ironical that the US move once more helped the Palestinian issue to be tabled as a priority agenda in the region and beyond.

Sajedi said the US embassy move would fail too as they have to pass through ‘a sea of blood’ before they set up an embassy in the occupied al-Quds.
