Four Palestinians were killed and more than 500 others were injured on Friday in the clashes that erupted with the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the West Bank and Gaza Strip over the US recognition of Quds as the capital of Israel.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced that 340 different injuries were reported in the West Bank while 220 were reported in the Gaza Strip, according to PIC.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in al-Bireh announced the death of the Palestinian youth Mohammed Aqel who was shot by the IOF at the northern entrance to al-Bireh for allegedly attempting a stabbing attack.
The Ministry added that the IOF soldiers prevented the medical crews from reaching the young man while he was still alive and that the Palestinian youths in the scene managed later to pull his body and transfer him to the hospital.
