Iran came to rescue of Palestinians as Islamic duty

Ayatollah Gorgani says the Iranian nation has come to the help of the Palestinian nation following the Nabvi Hadith that says any Muslim that hears the call of another Muslim for help and fails to respond could not be called a Muslim.

 

Senior members of the Iranian-based Int’l Union of anti-Occupation Youths have met with source of jurisprudence, Ayatollah Alawi Gorgani in Qom.

 

Early in the meeting, Secretary General of the union, Abolqasem Rahimian briefed the source of jurisprudence on the recently-held meeting on solidarity with Palestinian children in Tehran.

 

Next, Representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Tehran, Naser Abu Sharif who accompanied the union delegation briefed Ayatollah Gorgani on the latest Palestinian developments.

 

For his part, Ayatollah Gorgani welcomed the delegation and said the Iranian nation has come to the help of the Palestinian nation following the Nabvi Hadith that says any Muslim that hears the call of another Muslim for help and fails to respond could not be called a Muslim.

 

The senior Alim regretted that certain Muslim governments have opted for their ties with the world arrogance at the cost of the Palestinian nation.

 

Ayatollah Gorgani expressed the hope the Palestinian nation would overcome Israel soon.

 

He also thanked the union members and prayed for their success.
