Abu Marzouk calls on int’l community to lift Hamas boycott

Member of Hamas Movement’s political bureau Moussa Abu Marzouk called Sunday on the international community to lift its conditions imposed on Hamas.

Abu Marzouk called in a tweet for “canceling the conditions imposed on his Movement and addressing Israel’s unjust siege effects on Gaza and inhuman wars.”

This came in the wake of former British premier and Middle East Quartet envoy Tony Blair’s statements, in which he admitted for the first time that he and other world leaders were wrong to yield to Israeli pressure to impose an immediate boycott of Hamas after it won Palestinian elections in 2006.
