Trump's speech proved nuclear issue was excuse - analyst

US President Donald Trump’s speech provided ample proof that nuclear energy was an excuse for containing a revolutionary, anti-US Iran in the region and extract concessions from the Islamic Republic.

The US and Iran may not engage in a mutual cooperation as the US government opposes the revolutionary nature of the Islamic Republic and the independence of Iran.

The US actually pursues to change the nature of the Iranian regime from the very start however it had conceived the nuclear issue to be a fruitful lever.

The largest negligence would be however to be passive towards the developments.

Iranian diplomats are expected to leave the defensive position and adopt a more offensive position otherwise the US would manage to take its favorable concessions.

Iran must make it clear to the world once more that it did not and would not initiate a war while it has been a large victim of terrorism.

Iranian diplomats must also capitalize on the wealth of the existing transparency in the Iranian nuclear program.

Iran must take offensive over its regional position especially over the Palestinian issue and while respecting the internal decision of the Palestinian groups, it must advance the logical solution of referendum over the Palestinian issue; a referendum with all original Palestinians involved, including Muslims, Christians and Jews.

The US however may not treat the Iranian position in a rational way. While the US government adopted the toughest possible position in the 2015 nuclear talks, gave the least concessions and even failed to meet the very commitments, how could it be trusted in talks over the regional issues?
