Islamic Jihad urges expansion of anti-occupation Intifada

Islamic Jihad Movement called on Palestinians to expand the Intifada (uprising) and frequenting al-Aqsa Mosque in order to confront settlers’ incursions into Muslims’ holy places.

In a press statement on Tuesday, the Movement said that the Israeli aggression on Muslims’ holy shrines especially al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied old city of al-Quds ('Jerusalem') and al-Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil requires more hard work by Palestinians in order to escalate the Intifada and defend their land and holy places.
