Iranian Jews condemn Gaza tragedy

The Iranian Jewish community issued Tuesday a statement in condemnation of the Israeli war crimes in Gaza, calling them blatant violation of human rights and international conventions.

The statement a copy of which sent to Qodsna said the latest Israeli atrocities brought heavy grief to God-worshippers.

"The Iranian Jews along with other world monotheists condemn the crimes and underlines efforts to materialize an honorable peace throughout the world," the statement added.

The Iranian Jews in the statement voiced their solidarity with the Palestinian people and expressed hope the world human rights bodies would not keep silence towards the crimes.

The signatories to the statement were Morris Motamed, deputy of Jews in the Islamic Consultative Assembly (parliament), Tehran Jewish Community, Shiraz Jewish Community, Esfahan Jewish Community, and Kermanshah Jewish Community.
