SDPN Extends Condolences Regarding Death of Egyptian Intellectual Al-Masiri

Iran based Pro-Palestinian Society in defense of Palestinian nation Extends condolences Monday regarding death of Dr. Abd al-Wahab al-Masiri who was an Egyptian intellectual and specialized in writing about Jewish and Zionist religion.

In a statement achieved by Qodsna, SDPN said Dr. al-Masiri spends his life time over the fulfillment of Palestinians rights and revealing the nature of anti-humanism of Zionists.

Intentional Zionism and Zionist regime always being suffered from his thoughts and writings, the statement reads.

Dr. Al-Masiri played a major role in creation of the disputation of revolutionary's Islam about Palestine in western countries, SDPN said. 

Dr. Abd al-Wahab al-Masiri who died Friday was an Egyptian intellectual who "specializes" in writing about Jewish and Zionist religion. He has published many books of anti-Zionist character. In one of his books, The Protocols, Judaism and Zionism (2003), he stated that The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is a fake, prejudiced document, which causes damage to the Arabs since it imbues the Jews with great ability which does not actually exist.

There was a lot of coverage about him in the Arabic press. He was billed as the Arab foremost expert on Zionism, and wrote an encyclopedia on Zionism.
