US, Israel in joint conspiracy against Egypt
Abdul Qader Shahib, the editor of the journal al-Mosawwar which is close to power bodies in Egypt believed that Israel seeks to disintegrate Sudan and take control of Darfur as a means to besiege Egypt.
The editor held that threatening maritime position of Egypt and reducing the clout of the country in Horn of Africa are next in the row of Israeli conspiracies against the country.
The editor then argued that Israel even has a broader plan for Africa and considered the recent Israeli decision to admit Darfur runaways as a project in the same line.
By surrounding Egypt, the editor said, Israel could win control of the maritime areas from where it may face a threat.
