Iranian nation will never leave the dear al-Quds and Palestine

In their millions, Iranians have filled the streets countrywide to relive the day 38 years ago when the nation’s hard-fought Islamic Revolution against the former US-backed regime became victorious.

People from all walks of life rallied in different cities and towns across Iran on Friday to celebrate the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Interviewed by the Qods News Agency (Qodsna), marchers in Tehran underlined their support for the Palestinian nation as well as their resolve to fight against the Zionist Israel.

A Tehran mosque prayer leader, Hojatoleslam Imani said the defense to the Palestinian nation was an indispensible strategy for the Iranian nation, adding Iranians consider it a religious task to defend and support the innocent nations in the world.

The mosque prayer leader also called Palestine as the heart of the Muslim community and underlined support for the nation.


12-year-old school student, Amir Mehdi Sorkhi said he had joined the march to relive the memory of the school students who took part in the 1979 victory ceremonies.
The student said the Islamic revolution was against oppression and it was natural for the revolution to fight against the world oppressors as part of its goals.
“Imam Khomeini always defended the Palestinian nation for the same reason,” he said.

 

A government staff, Meisam Arab Sorkhi said the Iranian nation will stand by its original mottos to the end.
He also said the nation ahs followed a strategy of supporting the Palestinian nation since before the revolution, adding it was a religious undertaking for the Iranians to help any innocent worldwide.
“Enemies should know that support to the Palestinian nation is alive as long as the Iranian revolution is alive,” he said.


70-year-old salesman Ali Mortezakhani said he joined the ceremonies to show that the Iranian revolution was alive even after 38 years from its victory.
He also said the Islamic Republic’s strategy to support the Palestinian nation will be on forever.
He expressed hope the Zionist regime would not exit 25 years later as the revolutionary leader, Ayatollah Khamenei predicted once.


64-year-old university professor, Mr. Hosseini said “these days are days of God” and that the day of victory of the revolution must be marked as one of those days.
“The fate of the Iranian nation changed for good during these days,” he said.

 

 


Wheelchair-bound 75-year-old housekeeper, Jamileh Akbari Kashani said she took part in the nationwide march in an effort to slap the eye of the enemies of the revolution.
The revolutionary woman underlined that the Zionist regime was enemy of the entire Muslim community, adding the struggle against Israel will continue as long as the nation is alive.

 

And, 30-year-old English teacher, Ms. Norouzinejad said she joined the rallies to show that Iranian identity was largely tied to the revolution, adding that the Iranian revolution was growingly dynamic in the course of time.
She also said the Islamic revolution of Iran has a global outlook and for the same reason it would fight against oppression anywhere in the world, especially in Palestine.
“Death to the US and death to Israel are indispensable slogans of the Iranian revolution,” she said.
